6. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or operate without proper licensing.
